Estos objetos pueden ayudar a conectar con las sensaciones agradables del per\u00edodo de vacaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En segundo lugar, destaca <strong>la importancia de la repetici\u00f3n<\/strong>: si durante las vacaciones se practicaron actividades placenteras como el deporte, los juegos en familia o la lectura, es importante intentar mantenerlas en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. \u201cUno aprende repitiendo\u201d, explica Cea, por lo que continuar con estas pr\u00e1cticas en las primeras semanas tras el regreso aumentar\u00e1 las probabilidades de incorporarlas de manera permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, enfatiza que <strong>el apoyo social juega un rol central en la mantenci\u00f3n de los h\u00e1bitos<\/strong>. Por ejemplo, si alguien comenz\u00f3 a ir al gimnasio durante el verano, ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil seguir asistiendo si encuentra un compa\u00f1ero con quien compartir la rutina. Contar con redes de apoyo y generar nuevos planes tambi\u00e9n contribuye a sostener la sensaci\u00f3n de bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el acad\u00e9mico recomienda <strong>reservar tiempos personales en la agenda para realizar actividades que generen satisfacci\u00f3n<\/strong>. \u201cManeja tu agenda racionalmente y d\u00e9jate un tiempo\u201d, se\u00f1ala, enfatizando la importancia de la autogesti\u00f3n en la organizaci\u00f3n del tiempo libre.
