Lo anterior a ra\u00edz del lanzamiento de una l\u00e1mpara que promete ayudar a conciliar el sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceric destac\u00f3 que \u00aben nuestros ciclos de sue\u00f1o-vigilia, la luz regula la activaci\u00f3n y desactivaci\u00f3n de centros espec\u00edficos del cerebro. Esas \u00e1reas producen mol\u00e9culas que regulan los ciclos circadianos, como la melatonina\u00bb, explica. Agrega que para el despertar, dice que lo m\u00e1s efectivo es la exposici\u00f3n a una luz de alto brillo que generalmente se obtiene del sol\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en otra publicaci\u00f3n del mismo medio de comunicaci\u00f3n, el director de LaNa se refiri\u00f3 a un reloj inteligente que utiliza el ruido blanco para ayudar a la conciliaci\u00f3n del sue\u00f1o. Explic\u00f3 que lo ideal es que las personas no dependan de est\u00edmulos externos, como m\u00fasica, ruido o luces, para lograr conciliar el sue\u00f1o.\u201cEl uso de ruido blanco es bien de debate. Hay gente que le acomoda usarlo, a otros no.
